All sales are final except for items received damaged, faulty or out of date. Store credit or replacement will be given in the advent that an item qualifies. No exchange except for item replacement. a 20% restocking fee may apply for store credit or if no replacement is chosen. Returns are subject to approval and verification of issue. Customer pays return shipping. If items meet all lack of quality concern, consumer will not be obligated for restocking or shipping costs.

Shipping may be included in the price while other items are offered at a flat fee of $8.99. Not all items ship from the same destination, therefore may arrive at different rates. Free Shipping on orders $75 or more.  Reviews are unsolicited except for participants in the Product Ambassador Program.
